To return jewelry, simply follow these steps.

1. Contact our customer service via email service@virabyani.com or call 1-646-755-8167
2. Provide your order number or full name,
3. Within two business days of your phone call/email we will email you a pre-paid, fully insured FedEx shipping label
4. Replace old shipping label on the original packaging and simply mail it to us from your nearest FedEx location 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after 2 business days when the item is inspected. After notification you will receive funds within 1-3 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
