Before manufacturing, we provide a 360° CAD design video and a physical wax model so you can review the design, proportions, and details before giving your final approval.

If you decide to cancel during the design stage, before approving the design for manufacturing, your order is fully refundable.

No. Because we design and manufacture our jewelry in-house, choosing a custom design does not automatically mean paying a premium.

Your custom piece is priced using the same pricing structure as the jewelry available on our website, based on the materials, gemstones, design, and craftsmanship required.

We work with a wide selection of natural and lab-created diamonds, as well as virtually any precious or fine gemstone available on the market.

Options include sapphires, rubies, emeralds, aquamarines, morganites, tourmalines, tanzanites, spinels, alexandrites, topaz, amethysts, garnets, opals, peridots, and many more.

If you’re looking for a specific gemstone, color, shape, size, origin, or quality, our team can source it specifically for your custom piece.

From there, our team will create your custom design and provide a 360° CAD video and physical wax model for you to review before manufacturing begins.

Once you approve the final design, we’ll begin crafting your jewelry in our New York City workshop.

If you customize one of our existing designs beyond the standard options provided on the product page - such as dimensions, setting details, or other design elements, the piece is considered customized and is not eligible for return or exchange.
