The ring looks delicate, but it is extremely sturdy. Second, communication was stellar. I was allowed to choose my diamond. Helen shared with me copies of certificates and videos of diamonds, so I knew precisely what I would receive. Third, shipping/delivery (once the ring was completed) was insanely FAST.
