When Is Customization Free?

Customization is free of charge when the requested changes do not require major material, labor, or structural modifications to the original design.

If your customization involves:

• Changing metal type or karat

• Adding or replacing gemstones

• Significant design or structural changes

You will receive a custom price quote after submitting your request. Production begins only after approval.

Returns on Customized Pieces

• Customized jewelry is final sale and not returnable.

• The standard return policy applies only if the customization is canceled during the design stage, before production begins.

Once fabrication starts, the order cannot be canceled or returned.
